Supportive Housing Program

Trained support staff are available 24 hours a day.

Officially opened in 1984, the geared-to-income apartment complex for adults with permanent physical disabilities, who require personal care, consists of thirteen one-bedroom and two two-bedroom units. Tenants manage their own lifestyle, sign a lease with the landlord, and live independently.  They are free to come and go as they please and are responsible for meals.

Trained support staff are available 24 hours a day to assist with:

• Personal support services
• Homemaking services
• Other activities of daily life (eg. assistance with meal preparation)

Support staff are available on-site 24 hours per day.   Services are pre-scheduled and are designed to be as flexible as possible to meet the individual needs of our clientele.

Tenants are responsible for all expenses including rent, utilities,  and food.
